Individual Treatment
I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment to foster understanding, growth, and healing.
My psychotherapeutic approaches include an eclectic mix of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy tailored to the clients wants and needs.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, medications are sometimes recommended.
What to expect
We will schedule a free 15-20 minute phone consultation.
If agreeable to both of us, we will schedule our first appointment (60 minutes), while subsequent appointments will be 45 minutes long. My evaluation will take place over 2-3 sessions, after which I will give my treatment recommendations and we can determine if we would like to work together to achieve your goals.
My treatment recommendations can include individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, medications, and/or behavioral changes.
I do not take insurance, but can provide information to submit for out-of-network benefits.
I offer both in person appointments in midtown Manhattan as well as telehealth.
